Refund & Return Policy – Gifts Bazaar
At Gifts Bazaar, we take pride in offering handcrafted, artisan-made gifts created with love, skill, and care. Since each product is unique and often made to order, we have designed a fair and transparent Refund & Return Policy to balance customer satisfaction with the livelihoods of our artisan partners.
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
● The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.
● The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong item).
● Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
● Items should be returned with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
📌 Important:
● A return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video as proof.
● For wrong or damaged items, the unboxing video is mandatory. Without it, returns/replacements will not be accepted.
● If pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our nearest return address (shared during communication).
● In certain cases, return/exchange charges may apply depending on the situation.
● The return policy is subject to revision without prior notice.
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
● Change of mind or dislike of product.
● Requests raised after the 24-hour return window.
● Minor variations in color, design, or texture (since these are handmade products, such variations are natural and part of their uniqueness)
● Once your return is approved and the product is received in acceptable condition, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
● For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
● If your order qualifies for a replacement, a new product will be shipped at no additional cost.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
● Personalized or customized products.
● Gift hampers or combo packs once opened.
● Clearance sale or discounted items.
● Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
● Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
● Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
